Savage Rivale has an interesting way of getting a convertible's top off
Savage rival is in the process of building their yacht GTS Roadanomalies, four-door, four seater convertible supercar. Not only theunconventional design of the car, but the Dutch company gave us a new take on a retractable hardtop.
Instead of a hard top roof panel with the main-road conventionalcruise ships using the TMS system has a plurality of roof panels with a telescopic shaft. Is an interesting system, the roof slides within a very small space allowed in the rear cabin. Savage called themulti-panel retractable telescopic (RTMP) roofing systems. Whether it is design with the help of Inalfa Roof Systems, a specialist on the roof of the car in the Netherlands.
The system is similar to the concept of multi-panel Magna SteyrMILA Coupic to show Geneva Auto Salon was built. This system, however, use the soft roof of the two glass embedded.
We cover Road Boat GTS more depth now, but a brief summary:The open-top four-door value is motivated by a 6.2-liter V-8 engine, 670-horsepower. Weighing less than 3,000 pounds (1363 kg), V-8mph in a position to the car for 62 (100 km / h), push in about 3.4seconds for a maximum of 205 mph (330 km / hr.)
Last we heard, rival Savage plans to release a production version of the GT Road Boat this year, in the Middle East Show unnamedMotor. Supercar small start-ups have a way to slow things down, however, and Savage now says it will happen in the next year or so,testing and installation of roofing systems, so I suspect that thedebut will be made.
